3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Where verified, we may (at our discretion) offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution. This does not guarantee a refund.

4. Custom, resized, or engraved items

Where applicable, items that are custom-made, resized, or engraved are also final sale, and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

5. Digital products / services

If we provide any digital products or services, we do not provide refunds once access has been granted or delivery has been made.

6. Chargebacks and disputes
